Attorney Stephen G. Geihs has a broad background in business, finance and law. He began his legal career at a young age working with his father, Paul A. Geihs, who had a storied 50-year legal career in Pismo Beach.

Stephen G. Geihs is well known and respected by the legal profession throughout California. He also practices in the Federal jurisdiction of the Central District of California.

Stephen G. Geihs has worked in the legal field in various professional capacities for over 30 years and has 16 years of experience working as a lawyer in civil matters. Mr. Geihs has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. He is a member of the Real Property, Trusts & Estates, and Litigation Sections of the State Bar of California and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license.

Since 2011, Mr. Geihs has been involved in litigating consumer class actions stemming from false advertising claims. These class actions have resulted in significant benefits to California consumers by correcting false advertising practices.
